Please allow a short period for us to carefully prepare your item(s) for shipment before they leave our facility. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. For information regarding international shipping availability, please contact our customer service team at assistance@treblev.com.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted and reliable carrier services to deliver your TREBLEV orders. The specific carrier and service level for your shipment will be selected at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, your delivery destination, and the size and weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment's status.

P.O. Boxes and Address Accuracy
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely during checkout. TREBLEV is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

What If I'm Not Home?
For your convenience, most carriers will follow their standard delivery procedure if no one is available to receive the package. This may include leaving the package in a secure location at your address, delivering to a neighbor, or leaving a notice with instructions for pickup or re-delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking information as the delivery date approaches to coordinate reception of your package.
