Return Policy
At TREBLEV, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on your receipt or the product page.
Any item that has been worn, altered, washed, or is damaged due to customer misuse.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Contact Us: Within the 14-day window, please email our customer service team at assistance@treblev.com. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return.
Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and mail them to the address we provide, including the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
4. Return Processing (Refunds)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item. Please follow the steps in Section 3 to initiate an exchange.
6. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at assistance@treblev.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging clearly showing the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
